Has anyone got any cures for gut ache/bloating after drinking questionable beer pls?
I'm most interested in the immediate pharmaceutical remedies at the moment!

As AQ said, Scorp you gotta get checked you may have an amoeba or something in you bro. this is the second time in just a month or so with the same bad problem.

The little brown creosote pills. Just tell the pharmacist you want some Chinese medicine for a stomachache. Almost immediate relief...but AO's right. Get checked Scorp if this is recurring. Probably not the beer.
Its all that funky stuff they eat in issan. you should get dewormed every once in a while as well. wait to long and you'll have an alien poppin' out your stomach.
I take de-worming pills every New Years Day. Something to look forward to.

I did get checked out recently, and had to end my 20 year love affair with spicy food because of it.
It turns out my body couldn't handle spicy food 2 or 3 times a day [vs. 2 or 3 times a week].
Now I can't eat any at all. It broke my heart. Especially living in Isaan.
The beer in a lot of the Northeast has been of questionable quality for about a month now. Everything from Chang at the village shop to Tiger at 7/11. [A regional distributor is behind it. I'm sure of it].
The beer doesn't seem to make you ill, but it does make you grimace if you don't mix it with lemonade.
So, I don't have the squits, I just have a bloated painful gut.
Any ideas on remedies folks?
Po chai pills, you get them at the Chinese medicine places. I've had to give up spicy food and drinking in general due to gastro-abnormalities. It sucks ass.
Get yourself checked out, a proper hospital or clinic.
