I had pretty good luck at Bumrangrad Hospital in Bangkok. Made an appointment once or twice, then another time just walked in and they were able to fit me in without much trouble. Prices weren't exorbitant when compared to some other international hospitals I've visited. As I've been there several times, I'll probably continue to go since they have my history, I know and am comfortable with the doctors, etc. Can't give you any doctors' names (I'm forgetful) but the two or three I've seen have been helpful, kind, and spoke English quite well. If anything it was a little rushed but as I said, I did just walk in off the street...
