Why bother, thai girls r way too hot to compete against
go back home and guys will be jumping over tables to feel your innards
^Mealy mouthed, are you?
And let me say, I have nothing against Thai girls, but really, it gets a bit wearying hearing again and again about how ugly and fat all western women are. Especially, since most of the men going on about it are ugly, fat or socially inadequate themselves.
, z,
Well you aint fat JB. Fit as a fiddle when I met ya. First time I have had to say hello and welcome back love. Nice.![]()

Boxing training e.g. skipping, jogging, light weights, basicially high intensity cardo workouts. 6 days a week 1-1.5 hours will do the trick. And of course try and eat sensibly, but doesn't mean diet.
Jake to most of the guys here sensibly does not mean what it does to you and I.![]()
Coincidently, I am an almost identical situation. I was 79 kg, and know that in the past I have been very fit at 72-74 kg. So, my goal is to reach 72 kg by end of school year (June 1). In three weeks I have lost 4 kg already. For me, the situation was not lack of exercise as I work out (yoga or gym) about five days a week. But I had to change my food and drink habits. No more beer (still drink some wine and liquor), minimal fried food, lots of fruits and salads.
But the absolute most important thing for me is: I bought a high quality digital bathroom scale. Every morning when I wake up I weigh myself and record the value. Then the challenge is to keep aware of that number and try to reduce it during the day with exercise and food intake control.
There is a saying in business: "You can't improve what you don't measure.". For me, knowing and tracking my weight is absolutely key to making progress. Once I hit my target weight then I will set control bands around (anyone familiar with laboratory QA will understand). Once I hit 74, I will have to cut out beer, control intake, etc.
Good luck, lots of exercise and healthy intake of fruits and vegetables is key.
Well a couple shots of whiskey women 'round here start looking good,

A couple more shots of whiskey, I'm going down to Minglewood.

Yes and my number one occupation is stealing women from their men
I am sorry OP you got so many wrong answers in this thread. I don't even know where to start. I will tell you that you are probably doing the right thing and you shouldn't concentrate on losing certain amount of weight by certain amount of time as IT WILL ALWAYS COME AND BITE YOU IN THE ASS. Keep doing what you are doing and you'll be ok long term. BTW, muscle does weigh more than fat.
When I was in Thailand I fancied going for a bit of running for exercise but didn't think I would be able to manage in the heat. Even in the cooler periods it was still too warm for me but I know DJPat does a lot of running.

Ah don't take my heart
Don't break my heart
Don't throw it away
I reccomend a trip to India. Eat at a few street stalls and soon enough the weight will come pouring off. Not the most glamourous or comfortable way to lose some weight, but certainly effective.
2 meals a day is a bad idea, you should eat many small meals. Eating say 5 times a day will be much better for you as it will keep your energy levels up and stop you being grumpy to those around you.
6am Breakfast
9-10am a snack fruit or something
1pm Lunch
4-5pm Snack
6-7pm Dinner
11pm Sleep
Make sure that what you are snacking on is healthy like fruit (not the sugary type)
Also you say you want to lose 7-8KG, how much do you weigh now vs your height (being rude I know) but a 5ft 70KG person would need different advice than a 6ft 70KG person to lose weight.
Daniel Bedingfield claimed that his new album is what it would sound like if Sting, Stevie Wonder and Micheal Jackson were in a basement together - I haven't got the album so I'll have to imagine the sound of a blind bloke and a Geordie kicking the shit out of a pedophile.
