I would have probably the same amount of carbohydrates, fat and sugar as you, but you have said it all. You have one chocolate bar a day, eat at McDonalds twice a week, have sugar in your iced coffee, that is nothing out of the ordinary.

Obesity is caused by eating too much of the wrong foods. The quantities you have mentioned are not too much.
Slow metabolism, sluggish colon, big boned, toxins in your body is all crap (pardon the pun).
Have peoples metabolism become slower over the last couple of decades? Why is obesity increasing as it is?
Surely if it was some kind of congenital disorder of slow metabolism, the number of obese people should be relatively the same as it was fifty years ago.

People have just got lazier, things are much easier now than they were in ancient times. I think less and less people are enjoying sports, I loved sports when I was younger but now I can't find rugby teams etc here. I generally spend my time in the gym at my place but it doesn't have the fun of being there with mates.
Luckily I have a good sized pool n I like swimming, so thats what I keep doing
