    Re: Creatine

When I was younger I decided to hit the protein and creatine, gained like 20KG in a year whilst in the gym... I still have the strength but I had a bad accident and spent nearly a year in a chair and it all turned to fat.. now I lack the motivation to get back into the gym.
Daniel Bedingfield claimed that his new album is what it would sound like if Sting, Stevie Wonder and Micheal Jackson were in a basement together - I haven't got the album so I'll have to imagine the sound of a blind bloke and a Geordie kicking the shit out of a pedophile.

I am not currently in Thailand I am in Leeds, England. Where are you?

Yeah I am not sure if could hit that many calories in Thailand. You would have to pound the brown rice however it doesnt seem that common at the local food stands. I don't always hit that many calories as some days i struggle to hit much as I am a waiter in busy restaurant where you get no break, which is another reason I use shakes for days like those.

I reckon pad thai would be a good banker for lots of calories (carbs, proteins). I buy my supplements from my protein in the UK however they do not post International. I know you can buy supplements from GNC and True Fitness a gym in Asoke however they are often in small quantities and expensive and inferior to products available here. I will try and find out a better way to get supplements out their, and please let me know if you find a better option out their.

(4 pints of milk = 1000 calories, scottish oats 100g = 390 calories) incorporate this into your diet and it helps get those calories.

Cheers Sciacca for your responses, Ez.

man wasnt made to live off shakes in my opinion
hmm, technically yes, getting it from real food is better, but most of us simply can't eat that amount of food that would give you the same amount of protein that a shake would give you.

i'm not telling people what to spend their money on, but just like dodgy, ethicless insurance salesmen
i believe this is a con
Hmm I was thinking about starting creatine myself, read up about it, what it basically does is that it makes your muscle cells take in more water, so you'll look bigger and gain weight faster(for a while), it also makes you stronger, you'll be able to lift more weight, but when you stop, the muscles cells won't hold the same amount of water so you'll lose that weight, but apparently you are left with the gained strenght. (that's what I've gathered anyway.)

but if you have time doing it completely natural is possible, these things merely speed you up, I'd say they probably cut your time in half.

Couldnt cross my legs or touch my opposite shoulder. Creatine will help give you that "look" but i dont see the point anymore.
that's hilarious, really, you couldn't cross your legs nor could touch your opposite shoulder?
so you were one of those permantly carrying waterbuckets?

guys like that just look ridiculous, no offense, appreciate the effort and discipline that goes into it getting that size but dude...

I'd dare to bad mouth guys like that no worries, slow as fuck, and can't take hits, just muscles for showing off.
