Stfu 2nd Hand Weights Bench and Dumb Bells

    Hello,

Does any one have a weights bench and/or dumb bells for sale?

If not, does anyone know a good place for me to find them?

    Thanks,

    Ben.

I have a machine that can do numerous things such as lat pull downs, chest press, leg curls, etc. It has a retractable bench which can be used for bench press and other things. I'm not sure if I want to get rid of it yet, but the fact is I'm a member of a big gym now, so I don't really need it.

I got it from The Mall. It cost about 19,000 baht several years ago, but now I think the price has gone up. I had another one a few years earlier that was only 10,000, but those ones have about doubled in price now I believe. Personally I think it's better for most people to go to a professional gym, though if you live a long way from town a multi-gym is handy. At the moment I have a house, so I have space to keep my machine, but one day I may move into an apartment and therefore get rid of it.

I would like to have at least a lat pull-down exercise or chin-up bar in addition to a bench and free weights. My machine has lat pull-downs, but not a chin-up bar. My older machine had both, but it was a bit crappy.
