1-Cycling
2-Running
Both plays a vital role to maintain my health....

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Bicycling of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.
Hey,I also prefer to do running exercise daily ..but sometimes i go for swimming..I completely agree running is really helpful to keep body fit and control the body weight.It burn more amount of calories.

I'm a heavy lad (95kg) so I've stopped running - was getting back twinges. I'll prolly have a 90 minute walk in a short moment, and may hop on the bike in my condo's fitness for 20-30 mins later. I won't get the same wicked high I get from running, but it's healthier on my knees and back I figure.
In any case I think that for me some kind of exercise (be it walking, cycling, running, playing tennis, football or badminton) is essential or my mental well-being as much as anything else.

swimming is also low impact. So you're less prone to injuries after a long period of not exercising.

I like very to walk. It make me health because running and bad for joint. I don't go swim its' very good. I like bikes is apples.
I was gonna go for a long walk today but that never happened. Did manage a couple of hours of hard shagging though. That must've burnt a few calories, and was more fun than the walk would've been. Viva la sexercise

The other great thing about sexercise is that you have a reason to do it. I mean take running, where the feck are you going in such a hurry?
