Cheap Detox Retreats?

Anyone know of a cheap detox retreat anywhere in Thailand? I'm looking to land a few weeks before the start of my TEFL program to clear my head and heal my body from the rigors of every day big city Western life.

Detox from what? Drugs, Alcohol, nicotine, or all of the above?

I'd just go to an island... take a couple of good books, a hammock, drink water, eat fresh fruit and swim in the see. Best detox I know of.

Thai cheap or falang cheap? Theres a place at Koh Samui, but its pretty steep if your on a Thai budget.

I know that's a bit late but when I myself was looking for cheap detox in Thailand, this page popped up. So for the sake of fellow searchers, when googling you should also mention the area you would like to have detox retreat for this industry becoming more and more popular and one can find about 10 detox resorts by each 100 square km =) As for me I stay on Koh Phangan and the cheapest detox SPA there is Orion Detox resort. Detox Thailand - Ashtanga Yoga Koh Phangan, Reiki | Orion Healing So If I would google for it I would type not even "detox Thailand" but "detox Phangan".
