    Of course you can.

I currently am going to failure on this reverse pyramid of 85% RPm, 75% and 60%.

After 3 weeks I'll do the Power-Rep Range-Shock for a few weeks (that was developed by Eric Broser).

And then back, or change to something different. The body adapts and resists "improvement" in gaining LBM. That's why newbies get great gains in the beginning. But these great gains don't last for long.

You have to use more core muscles to stabilize yourself and you use more of your body resistance
The frequency of hitting each muscle part/component goes back to intensity (and[/i]volume[/i]).

Funny you should say that, I usually find myself falling into a reverse pyramid on my way off the barsool.

That's fine, but unless you're doing it to failure, like Mr. LaLanne says, you're not doing it right.

Yesterday morning, right after waking up, I did HIIT. On an empty stomach. 21 minutes. The fat will melt away....

Since I've stopped drinking (for a period unknown) maybe I need to take a hit or two. I'll call a buddy of mine who regularly scores.
