£40???? Isn't a quarter of the UK price cheap enough? Got short arms and deep pockets? You may very well become an exprat. RIP

Exprat, I can do it for 700B. I googled it and it seems quite easy. PM me for details.

Even cheaper than you wanted. Marcus even shows the tool he'll use in his profile pic

Got it done at Samitivej - Sukh. soi 49 - that place is like a palace. The Starbucks outlets were in poor taste, I thought.

4500 b and the doc stitched me up (literally). He quoted 3000 - 5000. Not sure what I would have got for 3K but once there I felt at ease and let him get on with it.

    A very nice hospital.

Thank God that growth has gone ... I'd had it for about 15 years. Most unsightly.

Now I can scope flange on the beach with confidence

...I'm a regular there for physicals and eye checks: it's not only the English-speaking doctors with their foreign degrees and experience displayed on office walls; it's the a/c, appointment times kept, and depth of professional savvy...sure, the marble and the ficus are nice but, as those with Gulf experience know: there have got to be brains behind the bling...

For future reference, if you don't like paying big medical bills you should take a day off. Go to nearest reputable government hospital as early as you can get there. You will go through simple triage and a doctor will see you eventually.
These outpatient type ops for simple cyst/growth removal are usually done by senior nursing staff, while you get local anesthetic a few stitches and post op pain meds for under a thousand baht.

Prolly all three. They're big on diversity here.

I had an alien being removed from my back about six weeks ago. Small village hospital in the outback of beyond. Very impressed with the service considering the alternative was 3 days ride away on a good horse.
You BKK buggers are spoiled - too much choice.
