Thread: 18k 2bed apartment available for 4~months or longer

HI,

My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease which expires Jan 23rd. (We want to move closer to work.)

It's for a 2-bedroom condo for 18,000/month.
some details:
- 69sq m
- 1 (big) bathroom
- living room with tv
- kitchen with elec stove, fridge, microwave
-3 aircon units
-balcony
-we have adsl 512k unlimited installed for 750/month - we can leave it connected if you want to keep it, since TOT won't let us move the connection (phone line also)
-building has good-sized gym, pool, pingpong, minimart, laundry, 24 hour security, keycard entry

We would sign over our lease to you - our landlord has agreed to this. The deposit is 2 months rent. She would most likely be willing to extend the lease for more months if someone wanted a particular number of months on the lease.

As this is a condo, there is no building surcharge on the electricty bill.

It's less than 10 mins from Ploenchit BTS, and just near the canal with taxi boats. You can walk to lower sukhumvit, prantip/pratunam area, chitlom, etc.
