It's out in the sticks, over in Thonburi, Charansanitwong 31 to be exact. I'm not a fan of the location, but you can't beat the price and it's within walking distance of my work place.

    Oh stats for the house:
Small duplex house, 2 bedrooms, large living room, Thai style bathroom
Rent is 3300 a month, electric and water paid directly to the council.

    Hey there...
Anyone know of any apartments in the vicinity of The Regents School. It is near the Huay Kwang MRT on Pracha-Uthit Rd also close to Rachadapisek Rd. Anyone know of anything please message me.
    Thanks!

Try the residence at the end of Sukhumvit 50. Small, but quiet and only 2,500 pcm incl water. Lekky is on yer own metre. Walking distance of BTS and On Nut Lotus etc.

It's odd. All these photos come from the same photobucket thing, but many are 'expired' or whatnot, and others aren't. I'll investigate.

BTW, have to update my 'The Jim's Place' assessment. It's much better now that I've seen some of the other apartments. Really nice, big studio with wood (panel) floors, balcony, a/c, wifi, cable, and that enormous pool outside for 8,500 I think it was?!?!?

Not close to the bts but not way out of town. Easy travel by klong boat if you can stand it. Get past ram and you're on pra kanong or petchaburi etc. and on your way. or hit lat proaw off-hours. "The Jim's Place" the name alone is legendary. a guy already stayed there after seeing the pool pic on this thread... winkity wink unc

Not sure you ever posted those pics, 66. If you get a chance, go ahead and keep the slow build going on this thread.

Kapock condos (three buildings shaped a bit like corn cobs "kapock") are near the Mall Bangkapi, the Ram/Srinagarin intersection.

The Jim's Place is also just there. Next to a big LPN Lumpini building where there are also many apts for rent, but expensive for the size.

The Lumpini design and atmosphere is nice though, if that's what you're after.
