    I hate these SPAM posts.

I think I'm gonna sign 'em up for some porn sites.

Spam is generally classified as mass-targeted, unwanted, and usually irrelevant e-mail or postings, typically posted by bots which this doesn't seem to be. Nor is this one really irrelevant or untargeted: There are users who might find this information useful.

We've allowed other businesses to put up a single post in a relevant forum before, so this one's no different.

    Thanks Reg,

not in the habit of advertising either but I really need to fill about 20 rooms in these apartments. We have just done them all up and they are in a great location near the airport. Appreciate you keeping my posting online and any other advice you can give that may help me get some more tenants.

What is the size of the rooms? I think that missing that vital part out of your web page is a mistake.

    I dunno, it might be 30SqM, I don't have a tape measure

I'll have to measure it somehow and get back to ya all...

    Please standby
    -----
No, the office manager confirms it as 20Sqm. It's just a room, bathroom and balcony, somewhere to lay your hat as a single worker type, not raise a family and start an empire. Did I mention the fish? ...

You miss very important points. Stop beating around the bush. HOW MUCH??

20sqm is very small. You couldn't swing a cat in there, not that I'd wanna try.

    And, it's Don Mueaung now.

Re: A nice apartment to stay near Don Muang

Oh Sorry DJ Pat, i thought I would leave the details in the website http://greenleaf-apartments.com but rates are around 3,500 baht with air and 3,000 without.

It's probably not a place, a burly sort of farang might want to live but its enough for someone who just needs a place to camp in between jobs. Oh, I don't think we allow cats, so no cat swinging takes place.

I thought about the new E you know, and other than a bit of a new marketing ploy or the airport, i think you will probably see that topic go quiet and see the same street signs for the next xx years. However, if you prefer your monthly rental receipt to say Don Meuang, then I will take it onboard personally to ensure that is what you get!

Sorry I didn't realise you left a website link, I hope you realise my rant was tongue in cheek!

    so this is the block:

    The car park:

    The toilet:

    The bed:

3000-3500 Baht per month. Pretty good I say.
