Coming round to the idea that on nut area might well be a good place to start when I move to BKK at the end of this year...ive been through it on the BTS, seemed like a normal area...
anyway when I mentioned it to my ex she gave me the strangest look, but wouldnt tell me what she thought, am I missing some thing here?

Its way out and very congested. DJ Pat knows of it, as does Matthew. DJ Pat doesnt like it and Matthew moved out. But it would be worth a pm to them.
Too long in Exile, too long not singing my song.
Too long like a rolling stone, Too long in exile
Too long in Exile, baby you just arent my friend.
Too long in Exile my friend, Baby you can never go home again.
On Nuit is alright, as long as you're close to the BTS or work in that area.
There's a nice new condo building on Suk 58 called, surprisingly enough, Baan 58. It looks really nice and comes in at 7K a month. Definitely worth a look IMO.
Is 7k a month average for that area or slightly above average???
I pay around 13-13.5K a month on average inc everything such as elec, water etc. I am also about 2 min walk from the BTS station.
I'm looking to move soon though as this place is very very nice and brand new but the elec costs 9 baht a unit and I use a lot of it :P lol
Daniel Bedingfield claimed that his new album is what it would sound like if Sting, Stevie Wonder and Micheal Jackson were in a basement together - I haven't got the album so I'll have to imagine the sound of a blind bloke and a Geordie kicking the shit out of a pedophile.
I had 5k in my head before as an average rent
I love it in On Nut. Love it so much I bought a condo out here. I work out near the airport, so BTS isn't important to me. The area is quiet and inexpensive. If I need BTS, it's a 6 baht song taeo ride or a 50 baht motorcycle ride away. There is no nightlife where I live. so if that's important to you, then this is not the area. For famlies, however, it's great.

, average for other apts maybe about 5-8, 9 is a little to much. Better rent condo coz pay directly to MEA (about 4:unit)
