Hi again. The apartment is booked for November onwards. So I'm looking to fill the 3 mo gap from Aug to Oct. Anyone interested in short term rent? I'll throw in the condo charges, cable tv and internet. And of course, the rent is negotiable.

how long is the thing booked from nov? 1 year? 6 mos?
The contract is for 3 months which is until end of January.
The studio has been booked through end of Jan next year.
