Searching apartment near Sukhumvit - next year - around 15.000
Hi!
as shown in the topic I am looking for an apartment near Sukhumvit road (my office will be in Sukhumvit 101) between Asok and On Nut BTS Station or around 101.
Price: around 15.000 -20000 Baht
Duration: Feb. 2009 - Aug. 2009
Should have: 1 BR, Kitchen/Kitchenette, Internet (important!), furnished (not to old)
Nice to have: pool, gym, laundry
Anybody has offers or good apartment buildings and websites?
Thanks!

second that, but seeing that you won't be here until Feb. next year, just take it easy...
my advice: book a hotel room for the first week, and set up an appointment with Acute to take you to different places... the budget you have should give you plenty of choices... contact them in December/January... too early and you risk your contact has moved on, and you'd have to follow up anyway...

Get one out near 101. For sure you can get a great price out there in that range. 101 would be half the price of say Thong Lor, or the lower sois of Sukumvit.

I think you're thinking too much. Your budget gives you options that will be available to you any time you choose. No need to worry about this for some time, I don't think. Just come over and find something, it really needn't be more complicated than that. Your criteria will not be tough to meet, even the optional stuff may be not too much trouble.

he thanks for all this help. so you think around 101 its better than around asok or whatever bts station?
I have only 1 week before my work will start, so it would be good to have an apartment in advance.

^a week is all you need, mate... when you get closer to the date, do a bit of searching through the Acute website and contact them... touch down at a decent hotel (plenty of those in that area as well), and have the pretty people at Acute (or others) 'ferry' you around to see the apartments/condos that fit your needs. no need to stress about this now

I found one website, it's name "BKKCitiSmart" I'm not allowed to post the URL here. However, you can easily find by search on google.
I've found condo which suit for your need, here's a ref. number C07080065 .
