Electricity Charge - The 7 Baht Unit a Sodding Rip-off!

Hi everyone.

There’s been a recent thread which got to talking about the cost of electricity per unit as charged by apartment buildings. 3 years ago I wrote an article which touched on the subject and I said something about the 7 baht unit being a bloody rip off

Well, that was then and this is now, and just about anything and everything is going up in price. As I live in a condo and get billed straight from the national grid, I’m a little out of touch. Therefore, I was wondering what the average cost is in 2008 per unit of electricity as changed by the apartment owners, and whether or not it varies around the country.

Please participate in the poll above and leave any comments in this thread. I’ll then put my findings together and stick an informative piece up in here and the Roomfinder blog for all to see.

Cheers

Aitch
