looking for condo to buy in pattaya
Hi,
im looking for a condo in pattaya central to buy ( limid 1.000. 000 ---- 1.500.000 BAHT)

1 or 2 room ( 38 or larger sq.m)

% 100 farang own

not too old bulding..

prefer: closer sai 3 , south pattaya, near carrefour , like that.. (NO Nirun Condo , NO 9 karat Condo and NO JOMPTİEN ) i want buy condo which not far from beach road in pattaya central ( 2 km limid)

waiting for answers ..thanks..

I'd agree, communicative teaching techniques far outweigh the disadvantages you'd see in classes filled with shy untalkative students.

You might consider just renting one near there. Within a week or two a condo owner will jump to his death, and "walla" a vacancy. Like magic yeh? Happens in that area all the time. Bargain the grieving widow down

You should consider one in Karon, Phuket. Same same but better.

My gal sells just the stuff you're looking for...in Phuket of course.
