I saw the place. It's actually quite nice. Not big enough for us (same sq. meters as where we are, and we're looking to spread out a bit more) but it's a pretty good price for what it is, for a bachelor or bachelorette most ideally. It's remarkably quiet for being at/on Ratchada. Once you get back off the road it gets quite calm. The pool and fitness are better than most. And I definitely like the touch of green wooden shutters. Very euro. The furnishings are also nice. Desk is solid, good little cute sofa, etc.

Anyway, a good deal for the right person.
