I was just looking at the above property myself as it's also been added to Roomfinder. If it's a good as it looks in the photos i would say it has to be the deal of the year. Look at the neighbourhood, look at that garden! And 180 SQM, 3 bed...

Still, at 17,000 THB/Mo it's just a bit over my CM budget but I'm tempted! There may or may not be anyone here interested in this property, but it's worth a look just to see how clean and neat certain areas of Thailand can actually be. Might also be a good deal for 2 or 3 teachers...

So much cheaper up in CX. Thats a detached house. You might not make as much, but you sure dont pay as much either. Glad I own my own place.
