Nong Chok - near Mahanakorn University

Sale or rent.

A Thai friend of mine wants to sell her house or, failing that, rent it out.

The house was vacated and has since been renovated and a lot of money spent on it.

Two storey, with two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Approximately 16 square war (whatever that is) with space of around 1 and a half metres at the back.

Click the image to open in full size.

Selling price is 650,000 baht - rent around 5,000 a month.

Contact details:

Sue at weeraorn@hotmail.com telephone 081-8222004

If you'd like to inspect from outside, address is...

Yeah - handy if you work at the Uni though. Not a place for a Nana Night owl, that's for sure

The only problem with properties like this is that you're so reliant on your neighbours keeping their places up.

It looks like that may not be happening in this case - that looks like a real tip on the right.

Still, for 5,000 baht a month.....

Its a great deal no doubt about it. But I for one could not lived closed in like that in a row of townhouses. Hope the neighbors are good.

Re: Nong Chok - near Mahanakorn University

I worked at the uni for a couple of years and got to know Nong Chok reasonably well. It's a very busy thriving little community as you'd expect of a university area.

Loads of bars, restaurants, shops etc and Carrefour have recently built one of those mega-supermarkets there.

Then again, there's all those nubile female uni students.......

Re: Nong Chok - near Mahanakorn University

Looks very similar to my wife's place North of Pinklao.

We use it for storage and the occasional night's stop.

I worked at Mahanakorn too.

Nice place, and a good deal I think, but you would have to work from home or close to it.

Is the war thing also used for cubics, or only for squares?
