Hi everyone, i need a small house or one or two bed condo. Fully furnished with cooking facilities. One year contract. Pref on BTS Sukhumvit line. Need to be able to conduct private lessons in living room. Willing to neg prices. Looked on mr.roomfinder without luck.

with prices ranging from maybe 3,000 a month to 100,000+
