Any pics?
Are there any three bedroom places in the building?

If you like 15-25 minute walks on crowded sidewalks. Don't even think about it during the rainy season, as everything floods out. Try 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic. If you made it in 20, then you have a helicoptor. A bit pricey, don't you think? Especially when you can rent houses for less than that on sois 20-46 (which ARE 20 minutes away).
Whatever happened to truth in advertising?

Wet Market aka vegetable market, in this case it is at the beginning of the soi on the sidewalk.
As for pictures, I wish I knew how to add them in which i don't. So, either sms me your email, or send a mail at dhruvkumar.d[at]gmail.com and I shall have the pics sent over.
Lumpini Ville is right after On Nut soi 1, so it isn't that much into the soi to begin with, and well if you are not into walking, there are bike taxis right outside the complex, as well as songtheaws across the road.
I am sure you can rent houses for cheaper in sois 20-46 (I am guessing you were still referring to On Nut) but those for sure would not be walking to the BTS, or with the amenities at LPN.
And I do think there are 3 bed apartments there-just walk in and check the adverts.
I live in this building....
20 000 is expensive....the mini mart downstairs is always advertising 2 bedroom gaffs from about 15-18 tops.
Apart from that, it's about 20 baht to the BTS on a bike and a steady stroll down to Carrefour and the decent markets down there takes ten minutes or less. If you do walk down there though, beware a dozen soi dogs hiding in the dark that you can't even see and are likely to stand on if you're a bit merry.
Never any hassle from fellow residents though, security are friendly and know what they're doing. The gym is pissing me off though as it's gone from 3 treadmills to just one and when I ask the girls in the office (who are also quite friendly) what's going off, they say they won't be fixed until next month. Swimming pool has also been out of action for 2 weeks also.
The rooms are really nice inside though generally. Only problem I have (as I've grown up in cosy terraced house in the north of England) is that once you get outside your room it feels a bit tacky and like a compound or something once you walk around.
That's my own issue though and probably a little bit of sickness or northern whinging.
Other than the whining points I've made, the place is quite pleasant and you wouldn't all of a sudden regret living there.
I used to live in this building.....from 2006-2007. I was paying 11K a month for my place...which had
two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and balcony.
20K per month....![]()
20k. Seems about standard today... for an apartment this big.
How many meters cubed?

Too long like a rolling stone, Too long in exile
Too long in Exile, baby you just arent my friend.
Too long in Exile my friend, Baby you can never go home again.
I'm renting a place there right now.
10k for a one bedroom...6 mo lease. Small balcony, sectioned off kitchen. fully furnished. Everything is brand spankin' new.
If I'm not mistaken, she wants 16k per mo. for the two bedroom next door,... tho she prefers to sell.
I am focused on this exact place right now. Is it best i go there and check out the mini mart and call people. Is it open Sunday? I need 2 beds and love the area.
