I thought Germany was one of the only countries to use square metres to describe an apartment's size, as opposed to the number of rooms or something more understandable. Eighty square metres is really not a big place. My place in Berlin is this size and costs the equivalent of B38000, although it was rented as unfurnished and has no gym, jacuzzi, etc, which this Ekkamai place will definitely have. But you're talking one OK size bedroom and a similar size living room. Bit of maths - the whole place will be about 9m by 9m (29 x 29 feet).
