Oh yeah, once you get it fixed up like you like I would love to come over. But then you finally got to make it out to my pad as well.

Yep the place is rented. Will be nice having Tommy next door! There is another place, on the other side, that's coming up next month but the tenants want to offload 30k Baht of furniture and appliances to the next tenant.

Very Nice Find,
It would be great if all expats would list available housing, nearby them, for reasonable prices so as to bypass agents, trolls and spammers.
Eric and TommyK,would you guys mind naming the cross streets of these affordable townhomes on a new post?
I'm not a teacher but my mother and grandmother were.I'm retired and hope to move to Bangkok soon.I'm writing down the areas of affordable housing that people reference on this site(and others) and when we arrive I plan to walk the areas noted. It doesn't matter where the area is,as my wife (Thai, married 35 years) and I are just looking for a house or townhouse at 10,000Baht or less in the burbs.
I think that will be something I'd like to do when we get there.Walk the soi's writing down rental numbers, getting the info and pics to post for teachers looking for something larger than a studio.Thank You
Regards,
Bill
It's on Onnut Rd., Soi 24.
Onnut is the last BTS station to the East.
If you look on a map at where Sukhumvit soi 93 meets On Nut soi 24 there's usually a place or 2 to be had in that area, until the BTS extension is finished at least.

Excuse me for not taking this seriously .....
No def those are the pics of the neighbors place in the middle, not Tashi's place on the end or your old one. Same same though.

Thank You for your replies.Quite helpful hearing of areas that have decent space for reasonable prices.
Not everyone is looking for brand new, never lived in.The older townhouses, houses and condos might give better value for the money.

Bill
Indeed, what makes or breaks it in these places, IME, is mainly the neighbors and also the landlord.

hi mr eric. I'm currently looking for a place to move. is the place you posted still available? im very much interested in it. if you could give a contact info of the landlord or tell her that im interested, i would appreciate it so much. me and my wife are currently living in a studio apartment, we are paying for 7500 baht averagely including water and electric. we're scheduled to move by the end of the month, but the place we're moving in to suddenly didnt have a vacancy. and seeing the pictures you posted gave me a hope of having a long term home where we could build our family. thank you for posting it. hoping for your reply.
Sorry, they're both rented. Check your Private Message though.
