Thread: Nice Place , Nonthaburi ?

^The biggest problem in all these Thai neighborhoods, is that one out-of-control neighbor with 5 ill-fed, captive dogs who never get walked, is that they create a huge noise centre. That place acts as a magnet, and all the strays eventually end up there taunting the captives, which drives them all into a barking frenzy.

Meanwhile, Thais never believe in confronting their neighbors, they just tune it out, or put up with it, or whatever. It's the weirdest thing I've ever seen. They spend years of sleepless nights so as to avoid a confrontation with their neighbor...but then, I digress....

I recently stayed at Riverine Place which is a wonderful facility and is in the area of River Breeze the other side of Rama 5 and "yes" dogs are a BIG BIG problem in Nonthabiuri. A bigger problem is safety at night. The area along Phibulsongkram outside of Riverine have large trees and bad lighting and there had been a few quests held up 1 at gun point and 2 at knife point, walking back from having dinner before 10 P.M.by guys on motorcycles. River Breeze looks very nice, but walk down Soi 15 at night, could be dangerious as it looks lke a long walk from Phibulsongkram, if you had a car I think it would be a nice place to live as I remember seeing River Breeze from the water taxi.
