Does anybody have any experience of City Home on Ratchada, Soi 10? i.e. how noisy, what the facilities are like, direct phone lines etc...
It looks to be a well-priced block and convenient for MRT and shopping
Thanks

Shit hole?
Signature schmignature.....
I think they mean it's spam.
For the record though, it's a decent enough gaff. I've been there coming up to 18 months now. Good facilities including a nice pool and gym, security and location. The building quality isn't up to much (Supalai apparently rarely are), but it's not that old yet anyway. You have to put in your own phone lines unless the previous occupant already has.

Thanks for your feedback Robin.
There are 5 ads on MrRoomfinder for this place from various advertisers. Prices range from 9,000 THB/Mo up to 15,000 B. The sizes for the cheapest is 30 SQM and 37 Sqm for the 15,000 joints. They all list as 1 bedroom, but at these sizes i can't see how! It's been my experience that a lot of people advertise studios as 1 bedroom apartments and condos, and it can be a bit misleading i think.
It's probably fair so say that at 30 Sqm we're looking at a studio, but who knows how some of these spaces might get partitioned!!!
Aitch
My studio is 30 Sqm and I pay 10K with pretty good furniture. Those apartments that I saw there for 9K either had no sofa or poorer furniture in general.
