I'm looking for a housemate in Pattaya. I work for a non profit org and am hoping to settle into a house instead of a serviced appartment. I am looking for someone who can commit for 6-12 months and who holds similar working hours, aka not up all night.
I want a house for a couple different reasons but mainly I would like to get a little dog.
Could you please post up some more details regarding the house and also a few pictures?
I don't have a house yet. Have gone and looked at a few and there are several options available. Houses here are easy to find. I'm looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom/bathroom with kitchen, and a secure fenced area for motorbikes. The ones I have seen so far have been in good condition running at about 16000-20000 not including utilities. Hope that helps. I am hoping to find a flatmate before I commit to a house.
Sounds a lot of money to me. Make sure you are not paying the white man (woman) tax.

no no thats quite normal for a 3 bedroom house in pattaya. i have my thai collegues come along and help. if split by 2 its about the same as a nice serviced apartment.

I agree with AO - if you are thinking of spliting 20k half way for a house surely you can get a great place for 10k by yourself?
