I am looking for a one bedroom in Nonthaburi.... preferably a walking distance to Ngam Wong Wan Mall.... you know, the Mall number 1. I am going through mrroomfinder and am unable to locate anything in Nonthaburi. When I click Kasetsat University, for example, I get all kind of stuff not even close to Nonthaburi.
I am looking to move in September and will pay up to 15k for 1 bedroom which I know should get me plenty of options in nonthaburi..... or at least it was like that in 2006

Try Prachaniwet Condo on Prachaniwet 1 road. I had a very nice place for 12k. Four big tall buildings, pool, fitness...
Lots of good food down along the road. You can walk/moto/taxi to The Mall NWW. Also not a bad quick taxi down to Mo Chit BTS.
It's a nice neighborhood - bit of a middle classy vibe, a bit quieter.. down the road from Wat Samian which Thais call "what's up man!?!?"
