When you say " be very careful" what does it exactly entitle ? I don't think there much i can do if Bangkok Airport Customs Office and Department of Livestock Development in Bangkok team up and jeopardize their career to steal a rat worth 150 baht uncooked on a market ?

Again Anne, this is Thailand. Careers are not jeopardised for anything short of murder, even after supporting a riot here, the worst an official would get is a transfer to head office in an inactive post until the problem has blown over. Foreigners are fair game to officials, just look at the cigarette butt nazis around MBK shopping area.

OK went thru customs with Poupoune and they would not even look at it... I offered to show my health certificate (which I paid for 35 euros) and they did not want it either ...
So just to let you know Poupoune had no interest whatsoever for them as lunch or pet. NA!

So....Anne, did you get a good gaffe for you and Poupoune? Better keep him in his cage, lots of loose bar rats out there he may shack up with.
