14.5k is a little steep for a 33sqm studio.
Can be negotiable. This room not been rented before. Really new.
Negotiating Phra Kanong BTS is not fun at the best of times, nor is the surrounding area of the station.
14.5k Baht a month is completely laughable.

wow, I rent in that area and I don't pay that much for an apartment. I pay under 5,000 THB a month for a nice studio, with a bathroom, hot water, WiFi, nice comfortable bed, closet, and a balcony overlooking the city.

I was offered a 1 bedroom on Suk Soi 22 for 13k & I thought that was expensive.
Seems like a good deal but do you really even have to mention 'bathroom' and 'hot water', 'closet'...it's as if you feel the need to 'pad the stats' even when it would seem you don't have to...a good deal is a good deal, especially if you're close to the BTS.
You should add 'floor' and 'door' and perhaps 'lock...with key!'
Matthew many rooms under 5,000 do not have the luxury of hot water or a closet. :P
My friend stays in a room for 3,500 which only has cold water.
