Hi! everyone,
Could anyone tell were a month to month Apartment is located.
I looked at Mrroomfinder and all
the apartments I sent emails to asked for 2 months deposit plus rent. I don't want to pay three months just to stay one or two.
Thinking 10K Baht a month is good but can be flexible = )
I would Like to be in The ABAC Area. But, anywhere would work.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!
These folks gave me a decent deal for a couple nights. 500 per night... I imagine they'd swing a decent deal for monthly. Free wifi / aircon / no hot water but the tap is warm enough.
Would be more comfortable if you can speak some Thai.

Second question.
How long do you think it would take to find a House?
I DO have a few Thai contacts so I am sure I can convince someone to play interpreter.
I hoping to fin in the 7-15K Baht rage as I don't need much room but, I do have a dog who will be headed in once a house is secured.
---Update---
oh, Sorry Phil wasn't sure were to post this! Thanks for moving it
If you're still stuck regarding a month to month, PM me.
Thanks Jimbo
Yep not really picky about it. Been in Asia a whileI can pretty much handle
most kinds of people. Just need a place for me and the pup with Aircon other than that I am pretty easy.
I ask about picking up newspapers and interpreters once I am in Bangkok. I was going to bring everything when I came. But, Hanoi is close so I figure I will do it in two stages. Two flight isn't to bad really.
I have seen places on Mr Room finder for monthly.
In most cases its just up to you to make an offer. Take their nightly rate and multiply it by 20 or 25. OR Take their monthly rate for min 12months and triple it.
It's so easy to get in some place on the same day as viewing. Usually they can't wait.
Thanks for the Advice 8ball. I understand your advice but working is not my primary reason for heading to Bangkok. I have a personal
project that will take up as much time as a Job. Thus, find house near that then look for school in the area.................thats the plan and would make my life much easier
However, I will look for a Job at the same time and if I find something very nice then for sure I will do it your way!! Its good Advice for sure!
