1 b/room or t/house wanted, Ratchada <10k p/m

Wife's business is along Ratchada, so looking to rent a 1 bedroom condo, or better a t/house in the area.

Less than 10k p/m inc. bills would suit. (no chance of a townhouse I know.)

But a 1 bedroom, with some sort of kitchen, not less than 40 sqm, 50sqm or so would be good. Somewhere within motosai distance to Robinsons/Soi Natong.

Anyone know of any?

try robi on the other channel; he used to have a nice place there for about that; townhouse as well
as ever best bet is have a walk around

Found a 60sqm 1 br for 8,100thb inc. UBC (w/true sport). Internet available for 500b. Which sounds like a good deal.

Ratchada Pavilion, near the MRT, I used to have one big 56SqM room for 7800 a month, that was about 4 years ago.

There is a ton of rooms behind Robinsons. Walk down Soi 7 and check out all the rooms off the sois in that area. Soi 3 also has an ample amount. I usually stay in Soi10.
