Thread: Just a quick question about short term lets........

Hello All,

I'm new to Bangkok and have just got a job at a school in Sathorn on the Charoen Krung Rd. It's a short term contract that ends in Feb so I was thinking it might be best to get a short term contract for accomadation as well as after this job I might be moving around the city again. I just started to have a look around and 1yr contracts keep poppong up mostly. I will carry on with my search but if anyone has any advice then do let me know.

I would say that most places that ask for a 12 month contract would accept a 6 month contract. They might knock the rent up slightly though.
