Looking to drop roots in Chiang Mai in October

My lady friend and I are looking to drop some roots in Chiang Mai at the end of October. Her ATI TESOL course has us put up in either the uniloft or the Le Chalet but that will only be for the month of October. Anybody have suggestions for a nice place, maybe along the river, fairly priced 5-9k thb a month. We will be sharing the place and are looking to spend more money on our lifestyles and not so much the room in which we sleep. A nice dig with solid wifi and maybe a gym in close proximity.

    Thanks for the help

Rent for houses in Chiang Mai can be very cheap, look out side of the main city a couple kilos, 2 bed houses can be had for 5-6000, good luck.

I have a room to rent at 13,500 Baht a month

Advanced payment for one year rental will get 5% discount.
Room cleaning every week. Free parking, Free Wi-fi. This price includes electricity and water (for normal use, not leaving A/C/light on when going out, etc.)

air-con bedroom, 1 bathroom, shared kitchen and living room.
Baan WinRada is located in Muang district, outside of the old city, so it's convenient, but peaceful, 300 metres from Oriental Daradhevi hotel Chiangmai. It's very convenient to go downtown by bus (white bus here while red bus in the city). 400 metres from the bus stop (we usually provide clients free transport to the bus stop)

The room is full-furnished, available for 2 people (1 queen-sized bedroom).

Please see photos on Baan WinRada or facebook.com/baanwinrada
    or skype "baanwinrada"

Now that's what I call a good deal! Would you also like dibs on his first-born manchild?
