come on, robin. at 30k/mo someone could pay off the 14MB mortgage in, say, about 80 yrs if theres no interest and they put half their salary towards the principal every month without fail. sounds like a good deal. but hey, factor in the occasional raise of 500 THB every few years...the person could tack on a 3 series and partial ownership of a private jet. why not live big on 30k?
