Wanted: flat/condo in central CM

Hi there

After a flat or condo in Chiang Mai (ideally central) from December onwards for myself and the wife. Budget of 5000B per month. Ideally with balcony, sofa, bed, desk etc, aircon, broadband etc. Any offers?

Also after general stuff for cooking and a reliable moped to ride around on (Honda Dream or similar) for 12-15000B maximum.

gonna be tough as most places are already full for that time. might try nine resident. think its 4000, decent rooms with newish furniture and location is right off ratchamanka.
