    Help needed finding condo

    Hi

I am new here - here being this website in other words i could be going about this the whole wrong way but anyway let me get to the point.
I need and want a condo one bedroom or studio near Soi 64 anywhere that side of Sukhumvit, how on earth slash what is the best way to go about this search of mine because i haven't met a Kirsty and Phil yet aka 'Location location location'. Does anyone know of an English speaking Condo finder who can aid me in my search i'm free and available for many meets or viewing this week in Bangkok.

    Hi, Holley
I am sure someone will be along soon to help. Good luck
When I was young I kicked my sister.
my mum gave me such a smack, then asked "do you want another one"?
"Jeez" mum I said "I have enough trouble with one sister without you having another"

? Why not just go to soi 64, walk around and go into condos and ask if they rooms? That's how most people do it

I guess she has tried that, but with no luck. So she came on here for some support and help, not snide comments.

I stay at a place called Bangna place, which is on sanpawut road, that is the road off the intersection so would be soi 70. It is 10bht from my place on motorbike to the intersection (where there are plenty of buses) or 25bht to either bangna or udom suk BTS.

I pay 9000bht for a 2 bed condo, 2 bathrooms (1 bathtub) and a proper fitted oven. All the rooms are different but 8-10'000 you will get a nice 2 bed place, or 5-6000 for a studio.

The building itself isn't great... it's ageing quickly and they're not too hot on maintanance. there is a pool but it could really do with re-tiling. There is a gym but not very well equipped.

There are a few other places on Sanpawut road which will be a bit more expensive but are newer.
