-It's furnished. Includes 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, balconyliving room, and common room w/ airconditioning
-Utilities (electric, gas, water, internet) is separately per month from the monthly rent
-Looking for 6 month - 1 year renters
17,000THB/ month + deposit (2 months rent)

Yikes, 17k for that! I ain't desperate enough to rent that place just to be in the area. Fucking shocking deal. As Po says, 17k would be far better spent on a (newish) condo in the area.

I disagree....Bedroom 2 looks perfect for uncle Fester.....and....It kinda looks as though it has a basement...If so....is it soundproofed ...and....would you say there is enough space to swing a chainsaw?...
