A microwave on top of the fridge. I wonder what that's used for.

It's too small and the furnishings and fixtures are cheap and shoddy.

The bath is a plus, though...

I wouldn't pay more than about 10,000 for that if I was really desperate to live in that location.

Well, you can certainly stay in your cheapo garage or wherever you sleep now without a bathroom .

Other than that it's a pretty lame comment. If you don't like it just ignore it. Others do.
