We (2 adults, no kids, no pets, non smoking) are moving to BKK and looking for a 2-3 bedroom in BKK (Apartment or House).
Walking distance to BTS/MRT or Airportlink is a must.
Would be nice to have:
Secure Compound
Communal pool
Fitness
Partly furnished - also okay (we have a few things).
Max THB 30'000.--
Many Thanks
Prin
You should think about the area you'd like to live in. With that budget you won't have any difficulty finding something really nice. And any condo charging that much will almost certainly have a pool and gym.
Hello theSmiler
Thank you, but it is not so easy
We are looking from On Nut to Victory Monument and Airport link, but not nice Apartments or Houses find yet...
The agencies just want to make money
Prin
Prin, there are many apartments/condos that advertise directly, so no need to go through an agency.
I take it you are still outside Thailand? Many houses for rent are posted in neighborhoods, so it would be wise to find the area you want to live in FIRST, then have a Thai guide go with you to decipher the many vacancy signs posted everywhere throughout Bangkok.
Your budget for a 2-3 bedroom place is enough to find a large selection of accommodations.
Hello Guy Mandude
Thank you.
We are already on Thailand, but not in BKK yet.

Get one down town and you'll be paying for the location.
Look at this place. It would be 5k out in some place like Rangsit or Nonthaburi.
Put it in Sukhumvit and it's 27,500 p/m.
Town House , Phrom Phong, Sukhumvit Rd., Klong Toey | Bangkok Real Estate, Apartments, Condos
Imagine paying 30k for that.
