America obviously hasn't learned how to ruthlessly destroy the enemy, but that is neither here nor there. You seem to justify the fact that this scumbag is righteous in his desire to kill as many innocent people as he could. I find that disturbing.

in fairness i don't think he was very serious at all, if the official line is to be believed. hadn't planned well, didn't execute well.

you already seemed to back the 'eye for an eye' line jonny. it is disturbing. killing people is disturbing. revenge is disturbing. murder is murder is murder. whether the deaths come from a car bomb in times square or a drone attack in south waziristan.

in fact there is a valid argument of which is a more disturbing entity to murder civilians; lone nutter or democratically elected government acting in your name jonny.

Incorrect - I believe that the primary role of the govt is to protect the freedoms and rights of individuals. I never have supported overseas occupations.

Sorry - not all killing is murder. In case you haven't noticed, the govt (yours and mine) define the word.

My govt acts in it's own self interest - not mine. No country is different. Individuals therefore, are bound to act by their own personal moral code - one which is both superior to and independent of the legal system.

I think patriotism and nationalism should be avoided as much as religion and prayer.

Anytime, any Muslim, any where, bombs, butchers, maims, innocent civilians, or attempts to do so, the legally clueless left, immediately ascribe some twisted ''ethical'' motivation to defend, minimize, or rationalize his attack.

They haven't any idea, of the ''why'', but are oh, so predictable in regurgitating their deep understanding of any Muslim psychopath -- as long as westerners are the intended victims. Normally don't hear a peep, when the victims are merely muzzies.

I'm pretty sure, it's mostly for the shock value. An attention getter. Like some annoying 8 year-old pulling goofy faces ad nauseam.

Personally, I don't give a fukc ''why'' some Muslim moron decided to commit mass murder of civilians. Fry his ass or give him life, with all the daily bitch slaps and being sold for a cigarette moments, his pious ass can endure in an American prison.

When all is said and done, it's certain that folks from the Muslim world, travelling back and forth to America are going to coming under increasing scrutiny.

What the Muslim "Street" has to learn, is that it would be to their great advantage to come on air quickly and condemn this kind of event.

I don't see them doing that.
When being run out of town, get in front of the crowd and make it appear like a parade.

It would certainly be a concern if the "Muslim Street" is complicit by silence, Russ.

After all, how many Muslims are there in this world, exactly?

One would do well to consider the prospects for long term peace and act accordingly.

You seem to think all Muslims think alike, russ.

I can guarantee you that that's not the case.
