That the rock acquirement contract was outsourced to Wales is certainly evidence of malmanagement. This case is one more testimony to unabated state interference in the private sector which has been the bane of good business practices throughout history.

I sometimes get confused by about my nationality.

However today I realised I have "good" double-pluggers, as in ones for more formal occasions so I think the Aussie is stronger.
