America as a country loves guns. Guns are made there, people shoot wildlife for fun. Any American can just walk into a store and buy an American made gun, if they can't because they have a criminal record, there's more than enough on the black market.
They just passed a law in Wiscon. to allow people to carry guns as side arms while they're walking down the street like fucking cowboys or something, and The President is asking, "why?"

A serious question. What does a person need an automatic rife in their house for? (Except for protecting themselves against all the other nutters with automatic rifles that is.)
Under federal law people who can't buy a Gun are:
- Fugitives from justice
- Illegal aliens
- Unlawful users of certain drugs
- Those committed to a mental institution
- Those convicted of crimes punishable by imprisonment for more than one year (which generally covers felonies)
- Those convicted of crimes of domestic violence
Those that can are:- You have to be 18 or older to purchase a rifle or shotgun;
- You have to be 21 or older to purchase a handgun;
- You must buy your gun from a federally-licensed dealer in your state;
- You must submit to a background check that the dealer will arrange, using an FBI database
So at 21, if a person is not any of the above in the first list, they can go and buy a Desert Eagle 5.0. I know state laws differ, but in the case of the Gotham killer in Colorado, how old do you have to be to buy an AR 15, and how easy are they to buy? Serious question.
