Ldma - Uk
Ok well here I am...not got my connection sorted yet, but the good old local library has it for free.
The voyage home was fairly smooth...apart from me losing my TM card somewhere between immigration and the gate, and them my mrs losing me at Gatwick..
Freezing cold...very expensive, and neighbours getting pissy over us using their wheelie bins.
My new flats brand new but fairly small....my mum has also used it to dump all her junk which she was storing elsewhere...village is awesome, proper English boonies vibe... I'm getting a car tomorrow (2001 Rover 45)...so thing are all good...when I get back online at home there will be some pics.

Petrol's damned expensive now: £1.10 per litre and £1.16 (or thereabouts) for diesel, and rising. Sigh.
But, welcome back home, Louis and family, and enjoy!!

Re: Ldma - Uk
Council have to supply the bin for you cos you'll be paying council tax (I have 3 - black, normal; green, garden and food; blue, recyclables). Otherwise you can bag it up and take it to the dump for free. £92 a month local tax though
Nothing like an English village in May - not long now
