employment tip - stay the fck in asia - there it's a teachers' market - other way round here - now more and more non-native English speakers are being employed to teach for lower salaries which means, under Equal Opportunities, all salaries are low - add that to tax and cost of living - I worked it out - you're roughly ten times better off re. standard of living and infinitely more employable over there

have to admit tho', the leafy summer evenings creeping in are nice - see the girls go by dressed in their summer clothes

been privatising a Thai family this w/end and been paid in massage currency - very good this woman, taught at Wat Po. Anyway, she has 2 grown up kids and sis over for 1 month who are freaked out by bright sunlight at 8.30 p.m.

she also left me feeling like I should be admitted to A & E!!

i was happy in thailand, i'm happy in the u.k.

some people have a habit of having a shitty time whererver they are and spend their time running away...funnily enough it's you that's the problem and wherever you go, you're still gonna be there.
