Ok.....so about 2 weeks....myself and my good friend Isaan_Alex were waking back to our apartment building...when we noticed some of our friends outside our building in "deep discussion" with some plain clothes Korean police officers. Anyway, to cut a long story short.......apparently a Korean National living inside the building had smelt marajuana a few days earlier and complained. End result was...... all the foreigners inside our buidling were forced to take a piss sample there and then.....and if we refused.....we were all to be taken into custody for 48 hours or more. Anyway not one single Korean inside our building was tested....even though the cops claimed otherwise. Earlier this week...we all got the results back....and of course we all tested negative. Thoughts please?

Ps. The smell has since been proved to be nothing more than tobacco.

From what I've heard the Koreans are not the most hospitable bunch and I would imagine the cops to be even less so.

Buy some weed, plant it on the Koreans causing the problem in a very obvious place.

Put super glue in their eye drops

Telephone their utilities comanies and get things switched off

Order terroist books and get sent to their address.

If they are in Uni put vairation of enrolmet forms in and watch thie surprise when they get no results

The same thing can and has happened in Los....tell them to get fucked, and if they keep insisting, say that you'll submit when they come up with a warrant to get near you.

The cops are useless in Korea, and extremely racist, much like in Thailand. It does not matter if there is evidence pointing to the Korean national; they could have all the evidence in the world, and the blame will ALWAYS go to the foreigner.
Tell them to get fucked. They can't arrest you, and if they try, make a phone call to your embassy.

Sad to say this story rings true.

I have been dealing with Koreans for nearly twenty years. I won't bore you by going on about my personal feelings about them: suffice to say that it is very hard to find people who have anything good to say about them.

Can we have a long term resident of Korea explain how it's all down to culture and if you don't like this kind of thing then you should leave the country.

Koreans "the shittiest people on the planet" to quote my new colleague. Not my personal experience mind.

Spot on. Their false sense of national pride and their attitude of "Korea is the best, everyone else sucks" really got on my nerves. Even when they travel, (less than 10% ever do), they always bring Korean food with them so they don't have to eat in the foreign restaurants.
They have this attitude of "pure blood" that is extremely racist. Basically they think that the Korean race is the last pure race in the world, and anyone who tries to infiltrate that (like dating their hot daughters), is seen as a threat.

But I've said all this before. I'm sure the Korean apologists will be on here shortly to defend the great country that is Korea, but the fact remains: Korea is a very racist country that is against any change whatsoever, and it will always be that way.

When I lived there I used to counter their "pure blood" attitude by asking thm if they thought the Japanese didn't shag their women when they ruled Korea. They really didn't like this because it implied that part of their blood is in fact Japanese. Almost got in a spot of bother a few times.
