Really? This is news to me, I thought they wanted your original degree to verify regardless of what country you are in, home or not. I want to do a bit more research on this.
I would like to know if anyone has managed to get an embassy interview in a different, rather than home country and I'll be checking on that and reporting back when I have some information.
