Thread: physiotherapy

Hello Folks

just on the off chance, would anybody have any ideas about working as a physiotherapist in Thailand ? Anybody come across or aware of any western practices in thailand ? I am also a qualified exercise physiologist and nutritionist, so maybe i could offer personal training, physiotherapy and nutritional / dietry advice as a private endeavour...any advice or comments would be most appreciated...thank-you

Tho the closest experience I'd had was with Western Chiropractors, Chinese Acupuncturists and European, Western, etc... MDs.


Come pretty loaded with lots of time to spare before your 1st income (and an escape ticket), or come well ahead of arrival time and prospect (network) your arse off!!

i think there is a lot of scope for a sports physio/massage practice in bkk. as a long distance runner, i recently needed some remedial work and noted a distinct lack of options. good luck. keep us posted if you manage to set-up here.
