    Interested in teaching in Kuwait?

I know this is last minute, but we have some openings in high school that need to be filled in the next week, or two. Teaching English, social studies, or math.
You'll need a BA in English and some experience. Certification is helpful, but not required.

Salary is about 80-90 thousand baht a month +

    housing
    transportation
    flights
    insurance
    end-of-year indemnity

Lots of private work for extra $$$

    P.M. me if you're interested.
    4 more years!

    1) how many classroom hours required?
    2) how much vacation time (Kuwait is awful year-round)?
    3) where are the Ss from?
    4) prepared materials or caution to the wind?
    5) is sex with the natives required or optional?

    ...just asking to benefit others...
...majestically enthroned amid the vulgar herd...

Not required, but highly encouraged, especially if you're a receiver.

I'm not interested in leaving my students, school, and co-workers hanging a couple of weeks before mid-terms.

If there are positions available after February let me know. Social studies is right up my alley.

Very tempting, especially the Social Studies, but I'm in the same boat as Mr. Ho.
I don't want to leave a good boss and co-workers in jam.

Given the fact that it's tax free, and you can bank 80% of it, it's not.

That's the problem most teachers coming from Thailand have. The school year in the ME starts in the middle of the school year in Thailand.

So if you earn 100 K, you can bank 80 K. It's Ok, but not wonderful. Be nice to save double that.

Fuck it, i'll do it! I have many years experience with references and a T.E.F.L.. No degree but I'm actually studying on-line now. Only 2.8 years to go until I graduate with a B.A.

If that's not good enough, I can get a Kao San special for your records.
